We chose the Travel Lite crib because we wanted a bassinet that could later be used as something else. Our son slept in here while we were waiting for the ICPC, and when we came home, he took all of his naps in this for the first 3 months of his life. We were quite happy with the bassinet portion of the product. One useful feature: The Travel Lite crib has high enough sides that our cat could not jump in.
Now that our son is 7 months, he can rock the bassinet back and forth. He loves it! We are afraid. He is on the large side to be in a bassinet, so next time we travel, we will not be using the bassinet portion of the Travel Lite.
I think this is a great value, especially for people who need to travel.

Child #1: Is that your mother?
Child #2: Yes.
Child #1: Why is she white and you are black?
Child #2: Because I am adopted, and black people have more melanin than white people do.
Child #1: Oh, let's go on the high bars.
